Direct Fund Drive Donations

Please support JC Booth by donating to the JC Booth PTO today!

There is nothing to sell and no items to send in. Just donate! We are suggesting a $50 per family, tax-deductible donation to meet our goal of $17,000. Every donation is appreciated and makes a difference! Click here for a tax donation form for your records.

Your family can send in their donations via check, made out to JC Booth PTO, in an envelope that is clearly labeled with your child’s name and homeroom teacher. Your family can also pay online by using the links below.

Business Sponsorships Available

Silver - $250: Recognition on social media and in our newsletter to teachers and parents.

Gold - $500: In addition to the business silver level, your business logo will be placed on a larger banner displayed on the front of the school.

Academic recognition for A and B Honor Roll students
Media Center support
Cultural enrichments

Alternate Ways to Donate to JC Booth PTO

By linking your Kroger Plus Card to our school, Kroger will donate a percentage of your purchase to JC Booth. Be sure to re-enroll every year!
Download the Kroger app.
Click on the 3 lines at the top right.
Go to “Rewards.”
Go to “Community Rewards.”
Add “JC Booth Middle School PTO.”

Publix Partners

Sign up for Publix Partners through your Club Publix account and select “J C Booth” as your desired school.
After logging in, near top right, go to account settings (person icon with your name).
In the selection bar near the top of the page, scroll to the right and find the “My Publix Partner” button. Click on this option.
Search for and select Crabapple Lane Elementary School.
Enter your phone number at checkout each time you make an eligible purchase.
A percentage of your purchase will be donated to our school!
